What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions
Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring high satisfaction
Support training initiatives, including preparing materials and assisting with training sessions for internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required
2+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing experience
Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology
Knowledge of competitive intelligence and customer insights for internal use
Familiarity with trade shows and industry events coordination
Strong results-oriented mindset focused on supporting adoption and growth of EMS software
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
