What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions
Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
Develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring high satisfaction
Collect, organize, and share competitive intelligence and customer insights for internal use
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing
Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the EMS industry or with hospital resuscitation and cardiology
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on supporting adoption and growth of software solutions
Willingness to travel up to 20%
