What You Will Do
Lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing, marketing campaigns, and related operations.
Develop and execute measurable marketing strategies that increase revenue, grow market share, and strengthen the North Coast brand.
Create channels, segments, and market strategies to support targeted marketing efforts.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of marketing associates to achieve short‑and‑long‑term objectives.
Establish and maintain a best‑in‑class digital, social, and web presence that drives awareness, engagement, and customer conversion.
Oversee email and social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and reputation management.
Manage the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of all digital solutions, including e‑commerce and e‑procurement platforms.
Operate effectively within budget constraints while maintaining the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Partner with key manufacturers to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives aligned with mutual business goals.
Develop messaging and market positioning through competitive and market analysis to highlight key differentiators.
Strengthen the company’s brand voice, culture, and image to drive relevance and customer retention.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Pricing, and Operations to ensure marketing programs are delivered with high quality and consistency.
Provide reporting, market insights, and prospecting tools to support strategic customer acquisition and growth initiatives.

What You Will Bring
5+ years of industry experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong communication skills: attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Presentational and professional speaking skills to communicate closely with management and executive levels.
Microsoft package – overall computer knowledge (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Data analytics tools (Power BI, SSM)
Ability to develop and analyze data
Flexibility and open mindset to try new processes and drive to improve processes.
Project management to include budgeting and market understanding.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Primarily in an office environment – sitting at desk, computer work, and phone use.
Requires more than a 40‑hour week Monday through Friday including evening and weekend hours based on business needs.
Highly collaborative.
Salary & Compensation
This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
Pay is $147,900 to $196,000 annually, DOE.
