About the Opportunity Our client is entering a pivotal growth phase across North America and global markets and is seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Marketing Contractor to elevate brand presence, digital infrastructure, and sales enablement capabilities.
This is not a maintenance role — it is a build-and-transform opportunity. You will work directly with executive leadership to refine positioning, modernize digital channels, and implement marketing systems that directly support revenue growth.
This initial 3-month engagement has strong potential for extension based on impact and execution.
Projects You'll Work On Brand Strategy & Market Positioning Strengthen and refine brand identity across corporate and major product lines Clarify and elevate market positioning and competitive differentiation Align product value propositions with buyer needs and decision drivers Develop consistent, sales-ready messaging frameworks Create scalable collateral templates for use across global sales teams
Website & Digital Experience Transformation Lead redesign and relaunch of the corporate website Audit existing structure, content clarity, and user experience Redesign site architecture for improved usability and conversion Rewrite technical and product content to increase clarity and authority Implement inbound lead generation capabilities Improve digital credibility and brand perception Support global trade show strategy across multiple product lines Modernize booth messaging, visuals, and positioning Develop standardized collateral, spec sheets, and presentation materials Implement lead capture and post-event follow-up workflows Create an internal event execution playbook Align marketing efforts directly with the sales pipeline Build a campaign and content execution framework Establish KPI tracking, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics Define and document a 6–12 month strategic marketing roadmap
What Experience You Should Bring Proven success leading brand transformation or repositioning initiatives Experience redesigning and launching B2B websites Strong ability to translate technical or complex product information into compelling messaging Demonstrated trade show marketing and sales enablement experience Experience building marketing infrastructure (KPI tracking, campaign frameworks, CRM alignment) Strong executive communication skills — comfortable working directly with CEO-level stakeholders Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical product environments preferred Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
