
We are working with our client to locate an Events Specialist to help support the Employee Engagement and Communications team. In this role, you’ll be a project manager, logistics copy editor, researcher, and logistics guru. You’re highly organized and work well with individuals at all levels. You’ll be responsible for supporting events that further the organization’s goals, including large town hall meetings, external conferences, speaker events, continuing education trainings, volunteer events, and team building activities. You’re positive and care deeply about an engaged and inclusive work environment.
This role will require occasional travel to Cupertino and Austin and may require additional international travel.

Cupertino, CA or Culver City, CA (Tue/Wed/Thu) | Remote (Mon/Fri) Experience Required: 4+ years of event planning, project coordination experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Attention to detail with proactive problem-solving Drives projects from ideation to completion and contributes to the creative vision, translate ideas into tangible event elements, and think about how to engage attendees and convey key messages Willingness to embrace a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly, especially in Keynote, Pages, Box, Quip, Webex Crafting tailored messaging, writing, editing, and proofreading skills Highly organized with the ability to work independently, execute multiple projects simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity while meeting deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage at all levels Marketing and communications experience a plus NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions Due to the nature of this virtual position, we anticipate a high number of responses from interested applicants.
