Top-of-Funnel Driver | Creative Industry | AI-Era Production

We’re a high-end creative post-production and CGI studio working with global brands and agencies. For over two decades, we’ve helped shape iconic imagery across stills, motion, and now AI-integrated workflows.
Growth for us is not about volume.
It’s about relevance, positioning, and meaningful conversations.
We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to learn how growth actually works inside a high-value creative services business.
The Role This is primarily a Top-of-Funnel role with exposure to mid-funnel pipeline thinking.
You will help drive consistent, qualified conversations while supporting the marketing engine that keeps Bespoke visible and relevant.
You will:
Operate LinkedIn outreach for senior leadership
Manage connection building and early-stage conversations
Run targeted email campaigns
Maintain and optimize our CRM
Track campaign performance and report on results
Support newsletter production and distribution
Support LinkedIn content scheduling and publishing
Support Instagram growth initiatives, including publishing, repurposing content, monitoring engagement, and tracking inbound signals
You will help ensure our LinkedIn and Instagram presence supports both outbound campaigns and inbound brand authority.
You won’t just “send messages.”
You’ll learn how positioning, messaging, and consistency create pipeline momentum.
About You You’re early in your career, but serious about growth.
You’re comfortable starting conversations.
You don’t take rejection personally.
You’re organized and detail-oriented.
You’re curious about how brands build visibility and trust.
You likely have exposure to:
LinkedIn outreach
Email marketing tools
CRM systems
Basic analytics and reporting
Social media scheduling tools
You don’t need to be an expert.
But you do need discipline, curiosity, and strong follow-through.
Interest in creative industries, production, or marketing is a plus.
