As an Account Associate for Russ Vorhis - State Farm Agent, you will manage customer accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Your role is vital to our daily operations and customer success, helping grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation
