Role Description As an Account Associate for David Topolnicki - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customer success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
