This position leads crews to install water, sewer, storm drain, and related infrastructure on residential, commercial, and municipal projects.* Supervise and lead crews performing installation of water, sewer, storm drainage, and other underground utility systems.* Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and site layouts to guide daily tasks.* Coordinate with the Superintendent, Project Manager, inspectors, and other trades to keep the project moving on schedule.* Ensure all utility work meets local, state, and project-specific codes and requirements.* Set daily tasks, manage manpower, and ensure proper use of equipment and materials.* Maintain accurate daily reports, quantities, and timecards.* Conduct site safety meetings and enforce all safety procedures and guidelines.* Oversee trenching, pipe layout, elevations, and backfill to ensure correct installation.* Inspect completed work and perform quality control checks.* Troubleshoot field issues and adjust plans as needed.* Operate heavy equipment as needed (excavator, loader, etc.)## Qualifications* 3–5 years of experience in underground utility installation; prior foreman or lead-man experience preferred.* Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and storm systems, pipe materials, laser levels, and trench safety.* Ability to read grading, utility, and civil site plans.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and manage a fast-paced job site.* Must follow all OSHA and company safety standards.* Valid driver's license preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
