Job Title Specialist for Corporate Audit – Business Administration (Finance & Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, HR)

Responsibilities We, Corporate Audit Americas, are looking for an Auditor for our team in Atlanta. As an Auditor you will:

Prepare and independently execute Americas‑focused, cross‑divisional audit projects with a Business Administration focus.

Perform in‑depth analysis of audit business objects regarding effectiveness, efficiency, process reliability, and compliance.

Execute audits according to current internal and external standards, ensuring proper methodology and documentation.

Coordinate audit results with responsible top management.

Prepare the final presentation and conduct the closing meeting.

Document audit results in reports, assess risks, and recommend mitigation measures.

Participate in further developing Corporate Audit’s processes, methods, and systems, especially to increase efficiency and digitalization.

Qualifications

University degree in business administration or a related field.

Professional experience in one or more Business Administration fields (e.g., Finance & Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, HR).

Good knowledge of common business processes and IT applications relevant to Business Administration areas.

Desirable experience in process consulting.

Business‑level English; Spanish desirable.

Strong analytical and judgment skills, and assessment competence.

Excellent communication skills to engage diverse cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels, even in difficult situations.

High command of argumentation and negotiation, both spoken and written.

Team player, self‑organized, and resilient.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for up to 3 weeks.

Willingness to obtain further certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor) is required and encouraged.
