Job Overview This specialist role supports the advancement and smooth operation of Treasury systems and processes across the Americas.

The position focuses on implementing new Treasury technologies, building automations, and developing Power Automate flows and Power BI reporting to enhance efficiency and data visibility. It also plays a key role in optimizing cash management activities, coordinating testing with banks and entities, and supporting the rollout of new banking tools and services.

In addition, the role ensures alignment with global Treasury standards and provides cross‑functional support for daily Treasury operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives when technical problem solving, building process improvement, and working collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

Treasury Systems Implementation

Lead the development, testing, documentation, training, and rollout of new technologies for Treasury systems within the Americas.

Local roll‑out coordination of new system releases and implementation and their connectivity to the Global Treasury System. (30%)

Automation & Technical Integration

Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint to streamline Treasury operations.

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, delivering impactful data visualizations to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Support in digital transformation of Treasury processes by collaboration with functional Treasury experts (20%)

Cash Management Optimization

Analyze and enhance end‑to‑end payment workflows, including optimization of the company’s cash and bank account structure and automation of existing processes.

Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring cross‑functional alignment, ensuring milestone delivery, and immediate escalation of implementation issues in a timely manner for successful resolution.

Coordinate and execute testing of payment files and connections between entities and banks.

Lead enhancements to cash management processes as well as implementation of new bank technologies, products, and services to improve and simplify operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve banking issues by acting as liaison between banks, accounting, and other internal departments. (30%)

Treasury Standards & Process Controls

Ensure alignment with Global Standards, including:

In House Bank (IHB) / Multiple In House Bank concepts

Treasury payments and settlement processes

Contract administration and treasury services

Requirements supporting internal and external auditability (10%)

Treasury Operations Support

Provide cross‑functional support for traditional Treasury operations tasks. (10%)

Qualifications

Must have 5 - 7 years (total) of experience in the following:

Treasury & Finance: Proficient knowledge and understanding of key financial indicators and controls and assessing impact of financial information.

Advanced knowledge of Automation tools such as MS Power Automate, Python.

Advanced knowledge of database management and visualization tools such as MS Access, SQL, Power BI.

General knowledge of server/software architecture.

General knowledge of time series forecasting modeling and machine learning algorithms.

Must be able to work flexible hours.

Travel domestically and/or internationally – minimal.

Work holidays and/or weekends when required – minimal.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with an emphasis in Computer Science or a related field.

• Banking or finance background is preferred.

• Previous experience following corporate audit procedures to ensure the necessary services, controls, and security features are in place on all company‑owned bank accounts.
