Entry Level Account Executive (Bilingual English/Spanish).
We are looking for an energetic and professional individual with 1–3 years of inside sales experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Provide sales support for all domestic customers
Process invoices and handle customer questions and concerns
Prepare quotes and obtain information to facilitate the quotation process
Gather required documentation for quotations
Send product samples to new and existing customers
Answer specific questions regarding products and their benefits
Prepare monthly inventory reports (Customer Supplied Components)
Maintain accurate records for each customer including quotes, orders, pricing, packaging, specifications, and complaints
Follow orders from entry through shipping to provide customers with accurate updates and order status
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Science or Business (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–3 years of inside sales experience
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Compensation $48,000 per year
