Our Columbus, Ohio client has a contract opportunity for multiple
Corporate Recruiters
who will support the continued growth and transformation of the Americas Region. These recruiters will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical, engineering, operations, and corporate talent.
We are seeking individuals with a proven track record recruiting in
manufacturing and industrial environments , with experience filling roles such as
Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Test Engineers, Operations and Manufacturing positions , and related technical disciplines. Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and other engineering roles remains highly valuable. Ideal candidates bring backgrounds in both agency and corporate recruiting, demonstrating agility, resourcefulness, and the ability to partner effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the Americas Region by hiring high-impact talent across technical, engineering, and operations functions.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse slate of roles, including:
Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Test Engineering, Operations, and general manufacturing roles
Mechanical, Electrical, and other technical engineering positions
Corporate functions
such as finance, IT, HR, marketing, and legal
Source, attract, and close candidates in highly competitive engineering and operations markets using creative sourcing strategies, proactive outreach, and relationship-based engagement.
Leverage experience from both agency and corporate environments to optimize candidate pipelines and deliver a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to hiring managers.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and organizational leaders to understand workforce plans and align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
Build strong cross-functional relationships while serving as a trusted advisor on talent availability, competitive market insights, and recruitment best practices.
Contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing, partnership, and transparent communication within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
Innovation & Process Improvement
Bring forward new ideas, continuously evaluate existing processes, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
Help define and build TA programs and initiatives that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent strategies.
Use data, metrics, and market trends to influence decisions and drive measurable recruiting outcomes.
Ownership & Professionalism
Prioritize requisitions effectively and manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-moving, transformative environment.
Demonstrate discipline, ownership, ethics, and accountability in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Recognize the downstream impact of talent decisions on the customer, the business, and personal growth.
Education, Skills & Experience
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting
experience at a regional or national level, ideally with a blend of agency and corporate recruiting.
Demonstrated success recruiting for roles such as:
Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Test Engineers, Operations & Manufacturing roles
Mechanical, Electrical, and other technical engineering positions
High-volume and corporate functions
Strong ability to source hard-to-find technical and operations talent, build sustainable pipelines, and manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership.
Highly effective multitasking and self-prioritization skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with modern recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
