As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in expanding access to critical safety training across business aviation, government, and professional flight operations. Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with
Chief Pilots, Directors of Safety, and senior aviation leaders .
Drive revenue by
closing complex sales deals
and
originating new business
across diverse flight departments.
Deliver measurable sales results within the
first 30 days .
Support the organization’s mission to
expand UPRT access
globally.
Utilize
HubSpot Enterprise
to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
Align UPRT solutions with
operator safety risk management objectives .
Demonstrate knowledge of
ICAO Doc 9859
and
FAA Part 5 SMS .
Perform on-site during onboarding, transitioning to a
hybrid schedule
based on performance.
Requirements
Residence
within 30 NM of Mesa, Arizona
(relocation not provided).
Professional pilot background in
crewed turboprop and/or jet operations .
Proven track record in
originating net-new aviation sales
(beyond account maintenance).
Strong alignment with
Safety, Service, Accountability, Egoless Teamwork, Excellence, and Optimism .
Willingness to work in‑office during initial onboarding.
Comfortable with
APS compensation structure .
Completion of a structured interview with assessment commentary beyond the resume.
Overview of previous placements in
senior aviation sales
or
pilot‑adjacent commercial roles .
