Media Marketing Manager

Norton Professional Books (NPB), an imprint of W.W. Norton & Company, Inc. is seeking a Media Marketing Manager. This position will focus on creating high-converting, long-form sales pages and designing campaigns to expand and monetize our continuing education marketing list. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded direct-response marketer who understands the full funnel, thinks in terms of conversion rates, average order value, and list engagement, and knows how to use copy to influence those metrics. This position requires at least five years of experience in mental health marketing. This is a fully remote position.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

·       Manage direct response copy and offer development, including writing high-converting short- and long-form copy, including sales pages, launch sequences, promotional emails, and offer-driven social media copy

·       Confidently present, defend, and refine copy and offer strategy in collaboration with cross-functional internal teams

·       Manage email marketing strategy and execution, including planning, writing, and executing promotional, life cycle, and evergreen email campaigns that drive conversions and long-term customer value

·       Analyze performance and rapidly iterate copy and strategy based on audience behavior, engagement metrics, and revenue data

·       Write conversion-oriented copy for paid and organic social campaigns that support launches, promotions, list growth, and retargeting efforts

·       Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure alignment between copy, visuals, and funnel strategy

·       Measure and analyze campaign performance across email and social using analytics tools and sales reporting

·       Use historical data and testing insights to predict performance, refine offers, and scale what works

·       Continuously test new strategies to grow audiences/list size, increase engagement, and improve customer lifetime value

Required Qualifications:

  • Employment eligibility to work with W.W. Norton & Company in the US is required
  • Must be able to work full business hours
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in mental health marketing
  • Must have experience with different applications experience with systems, such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp
  • Must be proficient in Google Analytics and have practical experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms
  • Must have experience with Account Engagement (formally Pardot)
  • Must be highly disciplined and self-motivated
  • Must be collaborative and enjoy working on a team
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Must be a creative, solutions-focused problem solver
  • Must be able to analyze results and strategize to win prospective business
  • Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent presentation skills

 

Compensation and Benefits*

Currently available benefits include: 

·       Annual compensation for this position is $70,000-$80,000. All salaries and salary ranges posted by Norton may vary depending on experience, skills, location, and like considerations.
