Job Title Laboratory Marketing Assistant

Job Purpose To serve as the "operational backbone" that bridges the gap between scientific strategy and its execution in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create promotional materials for the Wyoming State Veterinary laboratory (WSVL), managing social media channels, and promoting laboratory events

Develop engaging content including graphics and videos for various platforms while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Assist with the organization and coordination of marketing and promotional events

Create email campaigns and develop content for laboratory products and services.

Assist with accreditation preparation and migration to the OMNI quality software system

Competencies Digital Literacy, Graphic Design Basics

Minimum Qualifications Coursework in design, marketing, communications, business, or life sciences.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in marketing, particularly in scientific or technical fields.

Data Analysis & KPI Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement rates, and website performance using Google Analytics to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
