Partner – Employment Litigation (Fully Remote / California)

Are you a seasoned Litigator who loves the law but hates the "Big Law" machine? We are representing a premier, boutique Employment Litigation firm that has redefined the defense practice in California. Founded by former Big Law attorneys, this firm has stripped away the bureaucracy, the 2,200-hour grinds, and the internal politics to create a practice that is "only in class."
This is a high-stakes, senior-level role for a Partner who wants to handle complex class action and PAGA defense while enjoying a life outside of work.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is in range of
$250,000 to $400,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

A manageable 1,650 billable goal. If you prefer a higher volume, an 1,800-hour track is available for a higher base salary.

Lead complex employment litigation matters, including class action and PAGA defense.

Qualifications
Partner-level experience in Employment Litigation.
Deep expertise in California Labor Code, PAGA, and Class Action defense.
Active member of the California State Bar.
