Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced
Employment Paralegal
with a strong background in
Wage & Hour class action and PAGA matters
to support attorneys handling complex employment litigation across California. This is a
fully remote position , open to candidates residing in California. Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys in wage & hour matters, including
class actions, PAGA claims, and individual employment cases Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence Assist with
class certification materials , damages calculations, and settlement documentation Manage discovery, including document collection, organization, and production Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, and hearing materials Maintain case files and calendars; ensure compliance with court deadlines E-file documents in California state and federal courts Qualifications: 2 to 6
years of experience as an
Employment Paralegal , with a strong emphasis on
Wage & Hour litigation Hands-on experience with
class actions and/or PAGA claims
required Strong knowledge of California Labor Code and employment procedures Proficiency in legal research, discovery management, and trial preparation Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $120,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
