We are seeking an experienced and highly organized (bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus)
Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal
who can confidently manage cases from
intake through resolution . This is a key role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of both
pre-litigation and litigation processes . Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from
inception to settlement or trial Handle all aspects of
pre-litigation , including:
Requesting and reviewing medical records and bills Communicating with insurance adjusters
Oversee
litigation support , including:
Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery Managing court calendars and deadlines Assisting attorneys with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providers, and opposing counsel Ensure files are properly documented, organized, and progressing efficiently Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience Proven ability to handle cases
independently from start to finish Strong knowledge of
pre-litigation and litigation procedures Experience with
Smart Advocate case management software and e-filing systems Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively What We Offer
