Overview
Our firm is looking for a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with substantial personal injury experience to partner closely with trial attorneys on complex, high-volume matters. This position supports cases from initial filing through verdict and post-trial activity.

Salary:
$55,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities
Partner with attorneys to manage plaintiff personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
Prepare, review, and coordinate filing of pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Oversee subpoena preparation and service, track compliance, and manage court deadlines
Compile and organize medical documentation, billing records, lien information, and damages materials
Develop deposition summaries, witness files, and trial exhibits
Coordinate expert witnesses, mediations, and settlement documentation
Assemble comprehensive trial binders and provide in-court litigation support
Maintain accurate case tracking within the firm’s litigation management platform
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
Experience & Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience supporting personal injury litigation
Working knowledge of Texas civil procedure and discovery practice
Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational abilities
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office and litigation case management systems
