Everstaff is seeking an experienced
Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
to join a well‑established and growing plaintiff litigation practice in Akron, OH.
This role is integral to supporting attorneys in managing cases from pre‑suit through active litigation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing exceptional client support throughout the life of a case.
Schedule : Monday‑Friday 8-5, or 9-6
100% Onsite
Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare legal documents including settlement demands, complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, and notices
Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation‑related events
Prepare and electronically file pleadings and correspondence through applicable state court systems
Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel regarding case progress and documentation
Maintain organized electronic and physical case files while tracking deadlines and managing litigation calendars
Assist attorneys with case development, trial preparation, and follow‑up tasks
Respond to incoming calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed
Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of plaintiff Personal Injury or Bodily Injury litigation experience
Strong drafting skills with experience preparing pleadings, discovery, and litigation correspondence
Familiarity with court procedures and electronic filing systems
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong communication and client service skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
