$110,000 - $200,000 per year

A rapidly expanding plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation firm.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death cases from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis on complex issues related to personal injury law.
Develop and implement case‑management plans, including identifying legal issues, gathering and reviewing evidence, and determining the appropriate legal strategy.
Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, including significant trial experience.
Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation (motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, slip and fall cases).
Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
Proficient in using legal research software and case‑management systems.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex disputes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and case‑management skills.
