Job Description: Inside Sales Associate – US Markets (B2B Hospitality) Location:
India (US shift)
Experience:
2–5 years in inside sales / B2B sales / outbound calling
Industry:
Hospitality / SaaS / B2B Services (experience here is a plus, not a must)
About the Role This is a
pure inside sales role
focused on
US B2B outbound calling
for hotel partners across key markets such as
Texas, California, Miami, and other high-value US regions .
You will not be working on just one hotel.
You will own
entire markets .
Your job is simple to define but hard to execute:
Convert at a market level.
Drive negotiated corporate and local account rates that can be leveraged across multiple hotels.
This role is for people who
love sales , love conversations, and enjoy the challenge of persuasion, rejection, learning, and eventual wins.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)
Make
high-volume outbound B2B calls
to US-based corporate accounts, travel managers, businesses, and decision‑makers
Work on
market‑level sales strategy , not just single‑property selling
Understand the
culture, business behavior, seasonality, and demand drivers
of each US market you own
Craft and refine
market‑specific pitches
that resonate with different buyer personas
Convert conversations into
Local Negotiated Rates (LNRs)
and corporate agreements
Use insights gained from one deal to
unlock opportunities across multiple hotels in the same market
Work closely with:
Our
in‑house intelligent lead systems
CRM with warm and cold B2B leads
Hotel owners and stakeholders who share on‑ground market insights
Track outreach, conversations, learnings, and conversions in a structured way
Your success is measured by
market conversion , not vanity metrics.
