Business Development Associate – Investment Due Diligence EventsAbout Titan InvestorsTitan Investors designs high-impact investment due diligence conferences that connect leading asset managers with top-tier allocators. As we expand into the across asset owner markets—including private welath, pensions, endowments, foundations, and consultants—we're building a best-in-class event series across the European private wealth and institutional channels.Role OverviewWe're seeking a relationship-driven professional to help grow our Private Wealth and Institutional business units in the US. You will source and nurture allocator and manager relationships, drive participation in our due diligence events, and support on-site execution. If you have connectivity within investment teams and want to collaborate with top investment allocators across the US, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, source, and secure new relationships—heavy emphasis on LinkedIn outreach and pipeline buildingLead calls with investors and managers to drive participation in investment due diligence conferencesLeverage existing relationships within the institutional allocators and investment management community to accelerate momentum.Manage event deliverables: attendee registration, client/vendor coordination, and onsite set-up and executionTravel once per month for mid-week events.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in conference production, delegate acquisition, and a general knowledge of the wealth management, investment management, and institutional capital allocation space.Strong familiarity with the private wealth & institutional allocator communities.Strong knowlesge of the funds and investment management ecosystem.Meaningful relationships across teh European institutional & private wealth space (LinkedIn connectivity a plus)Excellent communication; highly organized with strong attention to detailExceptional verbal and written communicationStrong organization and time management; comfortable with deadlinesProactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn and hit goals.Proficiency with Microsoft Office & G-Suite; familiarity with basic financial concepts is a plus.Ability to travel for events (approx. 6 times per year)Location: Remote - work from home.
