Ben Mynatt Family ofDealerships is seeking to hire Business Development/Customer CareRepresentatives to work in our sales BDC.
Must have strong phone and computer skills. The ideal candidate will be completely comfortable talking to someone on the phone and answering e-mails and texts with the intention of setting an appointment. Previous experience in automotive is helpful but not required for this position.
This is a Full-time position that offers excellent compensation and a great working environment. The work schedule for this position requires some evenings and Saturdays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely fashion
Update CRM with notes.
Follow up by phone, email, and text
Prospect previous customers by offering current Programs / Specials / Promotions.
Handle incoming sales calls answering customer questions and setting appointments
