We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting critical energy infrastructure projects. This is an onsite role within a collaborative, agile team, ideal for a motivated go-getter who takes ownership and thrives on keeping projects and orders moving efficiently.
Day to day
Process and manage purchase orders accurately within ERP systems Prepare quotes and follow up on leads to drive sales Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure on-time delivery Maintain strong client relationships and track activity in CRM Support light contract review and project coordination 2+ years inside sales experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred) ERP and PO processing experience highly desirable Technical background preferred Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Onsite role Apply Now
