We pride ourselves on fast response, technical expertise, and reliable delivery — and we’re looking for a driven Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist to help us continue that growth.

Position Summary This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, and production — handling quotes, order processing, and account support for custom and standard gasket products. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer inquiries on pricing, orders, and delivery timelines

Prepare and follow up on quotes for custom and standard products

Enter and verify orders in ERP system with high accuracy

Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to meet customer needs

Maintain customer drawings, specifications, and order records

Proactively communicate updates and resolve issues quickly

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or sales support in

manufacturing or industrial distribution

preferred

Strong attention to detail and organization

Clear, professional communication skills

ERP and Microsoft Office experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

$55,000 – $65,000 base salary

(tuned to Northeast Ohio manufacturing market)

Annual performance bonus tied to quote conversion, order accuracy, and team revenue goals

Typical bonus range:

$2,000 – $6,000 annually
