to guide and grow our Houston sales team. We’re looking for a proven sales leader who thrives on developing talent, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering exceptional results. Candidates with sales management experience are highly preferred.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coach our outside sales team
Build and execute sales strategies
Identify growth opportunities through territory analysis
Resolve escalated customer issues
Spend time in the field strengthening relationships
This role requires use of a personal vehicle and an acceptable MVR.

7+ years of sales or sales leadership experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
