About the Role As a Field Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Redi Carpet in the Memphis region. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of multifamily clients, cultivate new business opportunities, and ensure customers receive the exceptional service Redi is known for. This is an ideal role for a self‑motivated sales professional who understands the value of long‑term partnerships and enjoys autonomy in their day‑to‑day work.
What You’ll Do
Develop and expand relationships with apartment communities, property managers, and regional decision makers.
Identify new business opportunities to support Redi’s growth within the Memphis market.
Deliver on‑site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to existing and prospective customers.
Consult with clients to determine flooring needs, timelines, and service expectations.
Collaborate closely with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate account records, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
Represent Redi Carpet with energy, professionalism, and integrity.
What We’re Looking For Preferred Experience:
Multifamily industry experience (vendor or property side)
or
HVAC, distribution, or route‑based B2B sales background
Proven success in outside sales, account management, or territory development
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a territory with independence and accountability
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Be part of an exciting
