Job Title: Customer Service Representative About the Opportunity: As a Customer Service Representative for PHCNA, the primary responsibility of this position will be to process customer and distributor quotes & orders including order entry, order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing / rebate administration, and other order fulfillment activities as assigned. This is a great opportunity to directly impact our customers and the organization!
Location: This is a hybrid position, and will report into the Wood Dale, IL facility on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What you will be doing:
Enter orders and quotes in a timely manner and submit order confirmations to customers and PHCNA sales reps.
Answer order status / delivery inquiries and tracking information by phone and email.
Create, prepare and distribute reports as necessary.
Prepare / process international shipping documents
Review new orders for correct pricing and special instructions.
Coordinate accessory installations and predelivery services with warehouse, service and validation teams.
Process returns and replacements including freight claim processing activities.
Gather customer information to add to customer profiles and data bases as part of customer account setup process.
Acquire and prepare information for submission of new account set-up in the Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
Process credits and debits, rebates and credit card orders.
Enter invoices into customer portals and processes rebates.
Crosstrain with others in the department for consistent customer coverage.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you need for success:
High school diploma or GED required, college degree is preferred.
2+ years of data entry experience.
Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is highly preferred.
Experience working with sales reps, distributors and end users is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft office suite.
The hiring hourly rate for this position is $26/hr, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
