Celertek is growing and we’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative to join our team onsite in Tysons Corner, VA.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a high-volume cold calling / cold outreach environment who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting and wants direct mentorship with a clear path into Account Management or Business Development Management.

What you’ll be doing:

110+ outbound calls per day, 4 days per week

Dedicated research and account mapping 1 day per week

High-volume outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email)

Booking meetings and generating new client pipeline

Working closely with recruiting and delivery teams

Tracking activity and pipeline in Bullhorn, SharePoint, and RingCentral

What we’re looking for:

1–3 years of professional experience in a sales environment

Proven high-volume cold calling / outreach background

Ability to sustain 110+ calls per day in a structured, metrics-driven environment

Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset

Important: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer and comfortable working 5 days per week onsite in Tysons Corner, VA.
