Outbound Sales Development Representative (Onsite – Atlanta, GA) Company: Assistly Care Location: Atlanta, Georgia (hybrid) Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls daily

Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Research target accounts and decision-makers

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Understand prospect needs, budget, and decision process

Qualify opportunities before passing to sales

Maintain accurate CRM updates

Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives

Follow up to reduce no-shows

Contribute to weekly and monthly pipeline targets

Partner with Sales & Marketing on lead follow-ups

Share market feedback and support revenue growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, confident tone

Strong phone presence and comfort with cold calling

Confidence engaging business leaders and decision-makers

Resilience and ability to handle objections professionally

Goal-oriented mindset with accountability toward KPIs

Comfortable working in an onsite, performance-driven environment in Atlanta

Preferred Background

Experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, lead generation, or customer engagement

Prior B2B service or SaaS selling experience preferred

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
