
Business Development Representative

Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
The primary focus of this role is outbound cold calling, prospecting, and appointment setting.
This individual will engage with government and municipal buyers, introducing company solutions and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with outbound sales, and skilled at building professional relationships with decision-makers.
