We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in our legal recruiting vertical. This early GTM role involves creating pipelines, engaging decision makers at law firms, and building the outbound playbook from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of legal firm prospects.
- Engage decision makers to introduce Dabble Staffing’s AI-powered recruiting solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to refine outbound strategy and playbook.
- Track and analyze outreach performance to optimize future efforts.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $72,000-96,000 DOE.
On-Target Earnings: $120,000–$160,000 plus equity.
Clear path to Account Executive with strong performance.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 0-3 years of sales development experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Growth-minded mindset, excited to sell into legal recruiting.
- Ability to work in-person in San Francisco.
