Our client, a fast-growing AI-native enterprise technology company, is hiring a
Junior Account Executive
to support expansion across the U.S. logistics market. This role is intentionally designed for an
early-career seller
— someone who has built strong prospecting fundamentals (BDR/SDR background) and has
1–2 years of Account Executive experience
in a startup environment selling technical SaaS or AI solutions. Youll be supported by marketing and BDR teams while owning smaller-to-mid-market opportunities and growing into larger enterprise accounts over time. This is a high-visibility growth seat within a scaling AI organization. Key Responsibilities
Generate and supplement pipeline through outbound prospecting
Own full-cycle sales for qualified opportunities
Conduct structured discovery to identify business challenges and use cases
Present technical SaaS/AI solutions in a clear, value-driven manner
Collaborate with solutions and product teams on tailored demos
Manage CRM pipeline, forecasting, and follow-ups
Contribute insights from customer conversations to refine go-to-market strategy
Required Background
1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive
Prior BDR/SDR experience strongly preferred
Experience selling
technical SaaS or AI products
in a startup environment (required)
Exposure to the logistics vertical strongly preferred
Comfortable prospecting and building pipeline independently
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
