Sales & Operations Planning Manager Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, including data gathering and all review phases.

Maintain S&OP cadence, calendars, templates, and standard operating procedures.

Drive cross‑functional alignment (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Service) and manage the action tracker supporting the planning cycle.

Support demand forecasting, supply planning, scenario modeling, and risk‑mitigation planning.

Develop and maintain dashboards for forecast accuracy, on‑time delivery, inventory, and production capacity metrics.

Prepare executive‑level summaries and provide planning insights to leadership.

Serve as the primary owner of Express and Assemble‑to‑Order “Ship‑from‑Stock” programs, ensuring planning readiness and integration into S&OP.

Track program performance, identify risks and constraints, and drive actions to support scaling and growth initiatives in the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Five to eight years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning, supply chain, demand planning, or operations planning.

Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

Experience using enterprise resource planning systems (such as SAP) and analytics tools (such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI).

Experience working with turbomachinery, rotating equipment, mechanical seals, compressors, or pumps. (preferred)

Experience leading executive‑level planning discussions. (preferred)

Exposure to global or multi‑company supply chain environments. (preferred)
