Role You support our team as

HR Generalist - Recruitment & Retention

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Hourly, Salary, Seasonal, and Internship positions, including intake meetings, requisition creation, job postings, sourcing, screening, candidate experience, interview scheduling, and feedback coordination.

Lead overall recruitment and sourcing strategy, ensuring proactive pipelines and alignment with site and business needs.

Administer pre‑boarding activities such as background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters.

Initiate and monitor hiring and job‑transfer processes in company HRIS (Workday & ADP).

Manage salary benchmarking data and provide market‑based recommendations to Hiring Managers.

Support job architecture maintenance and changes in Workday for the Milan organization.

Serve as Milan\'s SME for Workday data, processes, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Maintain accuracy of position, job, and compensation workflows within Workday.

Track, analyze, and report key HR metrics related to recruitment, retention, and training.

Oversee the Milan internship and co‑op program, including planning, recruitment, pre-boarding, and talent management.

Support managers in areas of employee coaching, development, and HR process questions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent HR experience).

Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruiting and candidate management.

Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred (Milan SME level responsibility).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to analyze data and develop clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Experience supporting compliance processes, documentation, and audit readiness.
