Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional, based in Greater Houston. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and executing effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include building a strong customer network, accurately forecasting sales, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role allows remote work flexibility while requiring on-site presence as needed in the Greater Houston area to engage with clients and the team.
Qualifications
Strong experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and account management
Knowledge of chemical industry sectors such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Industrial Cleaning is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop strategic sales plans and implement effective sales strategiesi>
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field
