Plumbing Salesperson – Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide tailored recommendations. Sell plumbing services to commercial clients.
Maintain a strong knowledge of plumbing products, services, tools, and equipment to answer customer inquiries effectively.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, plumbers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and increase sales.
Build and maintain partnerships with clients; be their trusted advisor to provide solutions and support to maintain and optimize their plumbing systems.
Collaborate with our service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
Demonstrate products to customers, explaining how they work and the benefits they offer.
Perform follow‑up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
Collect and report customer feedback to management to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience
High School or GED
Experience in Industrial/Commercial HVAC
Masters Plumbing License in DC, MD & VA
Efficient in Microsoft Products
Valid driver’s license and in good standing
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and balance several customers/projects at a time
