The Evening Housing Stability Coordinator position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday 12:00 pm - 8:30pm, occasional nights and weekends at our Van Keuren office located at 2223 E. Genesee St. with travel throughout the assigned portfolio. Salary range is $25-$28/hr.

The Housing Stability Coordinator assists Veterans residing in Housing Visions’ permanent supportive housing by assessing their needs, developing service plans, and collaborating with appropriate providers to work together towards healthy, independent living. They will provide individual case management, advocacy, and act as a referral source to other community and mainstream resources. The overall goal of CONNECT is to support new or existing clients in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing and fostering a supportive environment which reflects the mission, vision, and values of Housing Visions.
