This Property Manager position is full time, benefit eligible, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am at our Binghamton office located at 200 Court St. Pay range is $24-$26/hr.

Property Manager Key Responsibilities
Market and lease residential units
Collect rents and manage delinquencies
Meet the needs of tenants and provide excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
Manage cash flow and property budgets
Oversee lease renewals and income verifications
Handle evictions, audits, and inspections
Perform other property management duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience
Strong customer service background; experience resolving tenant or client concerns
Banking, finance, or cash handling experience highly valued
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of fair housing laws and local regulations a plus
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Experience with audits, inspections, or compliance is a plus
