Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator

Hours: 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday-Friday. Onsite. 1 hours lunch break Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator to support our team by processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and performing light administrative tasks. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and is eager to learn product details. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Answer incoming calls professionally Work within an ERP system to manage orders and customer information Perform light administrative tasks as needed Learn wiring product details to support customer service Requirements: 13 years of order processing and customer service experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Benefits: Competitive pay with opportunity for raise upon permanent hire Temp-to-hire opportunity available Professional development and training
