Leuven area (hybrid), Belgium
Marketing & Design Intern Own Inku's brand story and bring it to life. Take the creative lead on how Inku presents itself to the world — from branding materials and social content to building Inku's digital mascot. Talk to top global brands, capture their stories, and turn them into powerful proof of what AI-powered content creation can do. Work directly with co-founders to shape Inku's creative direction, visual identity, and marketing strategy.
Why This Role Exists Inku builds AI Brand Engines that give companies creative autonomy at scale. The technology is category-defining — but a great product needs an equally great story.
Right now, the world is just starting to learn about Inku. We need someone who can own that narrative — someone with a sharp design eye and a storyteller's instinct who can craft how Inku looks, feels, and speaks across every touchpoint.
As Marketing & Design Intern, you'll work directly with the founding team to shape Inku's creative direction, build our visual presence, and turn customer success into the kind of proof that sells itself.
Your Mission You're not just supporting marketing — you're defining how Inku shows up in the world. You'll own our brand's visual direction, create content that stops people mid-scroll, and work with real customers at global brands to capture stories that prove what Inku can do.
You will:
Work closely with the founding team on creative strategy and execution
Take full ownership of Inku's story — work out end-to-end how our brand should be communicated to the outside world
Set Inku's creative direction — build branding materials, designs, and most exciting of all: build Inku's digital mascot
Manage Inku's social presence with engaging content, from product updates to user testimonials
Talk to top global brands to create use-cases and testimonials on how Inku has impacted their marketing teams
Become an Inku expert — learn our AI Brand Engines inside and out so you can communicate the value just right
You're not following a playbook — you're designing it.
About You
Interest in design, marketing, and storytelling
Strong aptitude for making things look beautiful
Self-starter mentality: You take ownership and don't wait for instructions
Fast learner in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
Based in Belgium or willing to work hybrid in Leuven area
You are able to work as a "student-zelfstandige." If you don't have the statute yet, we're open to helping you obtain it
You are available to work 2–3 days per week
Bonus points:
Experience with Figma and other design tools
Background in graphic design, visual communication, or creative marketing
Curious about AI and the future of content creation
Previous startup or early-stage experience
This Role Is Not for Everyone This isn't a passive internship where you shadow someone or follow a brand guide someone else wrote. There is no brand guide yet — you're creating it.
You'll have real creative ownership from day one. You'll work directly with founders. You'll design, experiment, get feedback, and iterate fast. You'll shape how the world sees Inku.
If you want predefined templates, approval chains, and predictable tasks — this isn't it.
If you want creative freedom, real ownership, and the chance to build a brand from scratch — you'll thrive here.
What We Offer
Direct collaboration with co-founders and core team
Real creative ownership — you'll shape how Inku looks and speaks
Freedom to experiment and define what works in a real‑world brand environment
Hybrid flexibility in the Leuven area
Compensation under a student-zelfstandige statuut
Opportunity to extend into a student job, longer internship, or full‑time contract based on performance and fit
Insider access to cutting‑edge AI technology and enterprise brand partnerships
Send a short message about why this role excites you and what makes you a good fit. No formal cover letter needed — just be direct and genuine.
