Part-time Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary As a Fulfillment Specialist for Super Bright LEDs, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your work will include various tasks including, but not limited to, box making, labeling, picking/packing orders, shipping/receiving, and replenishing. If you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Pick and pack products efficiently, ensuring proper packaging for shipment.

Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are accurate and free from defects.

Ensure all processing areas are neat, clean, and organized.

Report out of stock issues to the supervisor and restock bins from the warehouse.

Assist in processing UPS and USPS shipments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with order fulfillment is desired, but not required

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Dependable and reliable

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 75 pounds

Ability to climb a ladder and reach stock

Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
