Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) and Aging in America (AIA) are seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven leader to guide major gifts fundraising and oversee a mission‑aligned grantmaking portfolio. This unique role blends donor engagement, philanthropic strategy, and Board partnership across two organizations committed to strengthening communities.
You’ll cultivate and steward major donors for CMCS, manage a high‑impact grantmaking program for AIA, and serve as a trusted liaison to CMCS's Board of Directors. From crafting compelling cases for support to shaping equitable funding decisions, you’ll drive meaningful impact and help chart the future of both entities.
