Join Quest AI as our Founding Designer to shape a revolutionary AI mentor that builds deep psychological profiles to drive user growth. You will lead the creation of a first‑of‑its‑kind "morphing UI" that adapts to individual user psychology, defining the visual identity, motion, and product experience for a $6M pre‑seed company from the ground up.

What you will do
Lead end‑to‑end product design including UX, adaptive UI systems, micro‑interactions, and visual brand identity.

Define the motion and feel of the platform to ensure the AI mentor feels alive and responsive to user needs.
The ideal candidate
Proven track record of shipping multiple high‑quality consumer products (iOS or web) with exceptional visual craft and product instinct.
Highly proactive "founding" mindset, capable of iterating rapidly and bringing strong opinions on visual direction without needing a brief.
Native mobile design experience and a genuine curiosity for how AI can transform personalized user interfaces.
