We’re seeking an Architectural Designer who can take residential projects from early concept through detailed construction documentation. This role supports a collaborative design studio focused on high-end custom residential work where precision, creativity, and strong technical documentation are essential. The ideal candidate is self-directed, experienced with Revit, and comfortable coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the entire design process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs from schematic concepts through construction documents
Produce detailed working drawings and maintain model accuracy using Revit
Prepare architectural plans, design details, and renderings that clearly communicate design intent
Coordinate with consultants and engineers to ensure integrated project documentation
Supervise and support junior design staff while maintaining project standards
Participate in bidding support, contractor selection, and construction administration activities
Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to internal QA/QC standards
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Revit required
Experience with AutoCAD for architectural documentation
3–10+ years of architectural design experience
Background supporting residential projects, preferably high-end custom homes
Experience across all design phases including Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Experience supporting construction administration activities is a plus
