Moscoso Real Estate Group is seeking experienced, licensed Real Estate Agents who are ready to scale their business within a structured, high-accountability team environment.
This opportunity is designed for producing people who are looking to explore or expand their career in Real Estate.
Commission Structure 100% commission-based role.
Responsibilities
Commit weekly time to lead generation and follow-up.
Help clients identify homes that match their needs, goals, and budgets.
Write, submit, and negotiate offers. Provide clear feedback to guide buyer decision-making.
Host open houses and represent listings professionally.
Attend team meetings, script practice, and ongoing training.
Track activity and pipeline using our CRM.
Qualifications
Active Florida real estate license (required).
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Have successfully closed transactions and understand the full sales cycle.
Want to increase volume through structure and accountability.
Are comfortable generating business and following proven systems.
Value operational support and team collaboration.
Are willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
