A leading construction management firm in Detroit is seeking an experienced estimator to lead full-cycle hard-bid and negotiated proposal efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of estimating experience in industrial, manufacturing, power, or energy construction. You will be responsible for driving subcontractor coverage and identifying risks, while partnering with Operations for effective project turnover.
