Lead full-cycle hard-bid and negotiated proposal efforts Perform detailed quantity take-offs and self-perform estimates Drive subcontractor and supplier coverage to ensure competitive, complete pricing Identify risk, scope gaps, and cost saving opportunities Partner with Operations to ensure smooth turnover and manage change order pricing What you bring: BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred; PE is a PLUS 7+ years of estimating experience in industrial, manufacturing, power, or energy construction Proven success in competitive heard-bid environments Strong understanding of cost structures, productivity rates, and market conditions Ability to clearly defend pricing, scope inclusions/exclusions, and value strategies Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
